The Zoo

Dave's schedule is changing for a month or so (there goes my routines :)) starting today which is a little bit of a drag. But, on the upside, he ended up getting a four day weekend. We took advantage of his Tuesday off to go to the zoo. The kids had a great time. Tyler as always, loved bug world. The new penguin exhibit was a big hit and so was zoomazeum. Tyler loves the slides at the zoomazeum. Hailey discovered the puzzle tent and probably spent 20 minutes in there working on puzzles. They have these fantastic wood puzzles and she particularly loved the penguin puzzlebecause it had numbers on that you were suppose to put in order. She loved searching for the numbers. She really only left because we were trying to get the kids back outside to look at animals.
The gorillas were a big hit
As were the penguins
Here's Hailey working ont he puzzles she loved so much
Tyler brought his Easter money along which has been burning a hole in his pocket.

So, we walked out of the zoo with this slithery but snuggly thing.
